Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vegas Pro Handyman website (the "Site") and the handyman services ("Services") provided by AM PRO HANDYMAN LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as Vegas Pro Handyman (Nevada State Business License #NV20263550948). By using the Site or requesting Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide residential and commercial handyman services throughout the Las Vegas valley, including drywall repair, door and baseboard installation, furniture and TV assembly, minor electrical and plumbing work within handyman scope, moving help, caulking, and grout restoration. Some tasks that require a Nevada C-2 licensed electrician, a C-1 licensed plumber, or building permits are outside our scope and will be referred to a licensed specialist.

2. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in writing before work begins. You agree to pay the quoted amount upon satisfactory completion of the Services unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a reasonable late fee permitted under Nevada law.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 30-day workmanship guarantee. If any portion of the Services fails due to our workmanship within 30 days of completion, we will return and repair it at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, acts of God, or third-party alterations.

5. Military Discount

We offer a 10% discount to active-duty U.S. military service members and verified veterans. Discount must be requested at the time of quote and cannot be combined with other promotions.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment at no charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled start. Same-day cancellations may incur a trip fee to cover committed scheduling.

7. Liability

We carry general liability insurance for handyman-scope work in Nevada. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about the work requested, safe access to the work area, and timely decisions when questions arise during the job. Hidden conditions discovered during work (such as concealed water damage or non-code wiring) may require a revised estimate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
